After your registration is completed, you will automatically receive a mail with your Personal ID. You can always return to the registration mask by using this login data via the registration link ("login registered users").

Under the icon "My Confirmation", you will be able to check your payment status or download your invoice and confirmation.

You will also be able to book your hotel accommodation conveniently online by returning to the registration mask.

Conference Fee

Early Fee CHF 2420.00 (including 7.6% VAT) until July 30th 2010, 6 pm CET
Late Fee CHF 2530.00 (including 7.6% VAT) from July 30th 2010, 6 pm CET

No conference fee applies for Press, Sponsors and some Affiliates (FEMAS, IVR, IACS, ICS, IUAI, IMCC, Intercargo, Intertanko, USMET).

The conference fee includes
  • Conference documents
  • Meetings
  • Coffee breaks and lunch
  • Registration for one accompanying person (no access to the meetings, no materials)
  • Welcome reception on Sunday September 12th (participant & accompanying person)
  • Swiss Evening on Wednesday September 15th (participant & accompanying person)
  • City Tour "It's all about Zurich" on Monday September 13th (only accompanying person)
You will be able to book additional tours online during your registration process (additional costs will apply). For more information about the tours please go to "Social Programme".

Payment

We will invoice your National Association according to your registration.
You will be invoiced directly by your National Association.

Exceptions: Honorary Members, some Affiliated Members (CMI and Interferry) and IUMI Professional Partners (IPP) will be invoiced directly by us.
You can pay your registration fee by bank transfer or credit card after completing the registration.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted in writing (e-mail, letter, fax).

Cancellation until August 13th 2010:
The conference fee will be refunded with a deduction of CHF 200.00 handling fee.

Cancellation from August 14th 2010:
No refund.
